Asbestos Disposal

The Santa Maria Regional Landfill only accepts and disposes of non-friable Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), and all ACM disposals must be pre-approved by the City.

Required Form: Non-Friable Asbestos Waste Characterization Form

Friable asbestos or non-friable asbestos crushed into friable asbestos is NOT accepted.

Completed forms must be submitted to the email address below and pre-approved by the City before ACM disposal at the Landfill.
