The Utilities Department does not provide temporary roll-off or open-top containers. The Utilities Department does offer 4-yard commercial bins for short-term use for home cleanup projects (“Temporary Dumpster Request”) and offers 60-gallon carts for special event use (“Special Event-Refuse Service Request”), within City limits.  

Completion of the appropriate form below is required by the Utilities Department Solid Waste Division, along with advance payment submitted to the Finance Department Utility Billing Division.
