SMRT Microtransit is an on-demand, app-based, self-booking, curb-to-curb, shared ride public transit service.

Our eJest electric micro transit vehicles are ADA accessible, up to one wheelchair, and can accommodate up to two bicycles (under 55 pounds) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 10:30 p.m.

The following rules apply:

• Riders can only book trips for themselves and not on behalf of others.
• There are NO refunds.
• Riders must be at least 17 years old to ride independently; all others must be accompanied by an adult.
• Passengers' carry-on contents are limited to what can be safely carried on their lap or body and should not take up space used to serve other passengers.
• Children cannot ride in strollers.
• Drivers will not wait more than three minutes for a passenger(s) to start to board.
