AB 1509 Required Website Notification (Effective January 1, 2013)

 As identified in Government Code Section 87200, the required “Statement of Economic Interests” Form 700’s for City of Santa Maria elected officials (City Councilmembers and City Treasurer) and other public officials (Planning Commissioners, City Attorney, and City Manager) are managed through the Fair Political Practices Commission (effective January 1, 2025).
