Emergency Tree Services

In the event of a major rainstorm, the Recreation and Parks Department will respond to concerns about City street trees. Should a limb fall or break, call 925-0951 ext. 2260 and your request will be immediately routed through our dispatch system. After business hours during a storm, contact the Santa Maria Police Department at 928-3781. They also patrol streets to check for any unreported damage. If the telephone operator is besieged with calls, all calls are responded to in the order of urgency.
