If the material is unclear or other complications arise, contact the City as soon as possible; do not wait until the date of the bid opening.
Contractors are advised that the competitive nature of their bids could be affected if their submissions do not include all addenda (if applicable). It is the contractor's responsibility to carefully and frequently review all solicitations and any addenda to which they may respond.
