The Santa Maria Public Library offers educators resources and services, both in our branches and online. We encourage you to make the Santa Maria Public Library a partner in your classroom!
Tours and Class Visits are available for you to bring your class to the Library for a special Story Time and to tour the Children’s Library. Or, on select Mondays and Tuesdays, Youth Services Librarians are available to come to your class with a book talk or storytelling. Arrangements for visits must be made several months in advance.
School and Community Outreach is an important part of the library’s mission. We would love to be a part of your school or community event to promote literacy and the resources of the Santa Maria Public Library.
