Environmental Procedures
The purpose of these procedures is to provide City officials and private individuals with the environmental review requirements as set forth in Section 21000, et seq. of the Public Resources Code (California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA)), as amended, and consistent with the Guidelines for the Implementation of CEQA, adopted by the California Department of Resources and found in Division 6, Title 14 of California Administrative Code.
