Consolidated Plan / Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing
The Community Programs Division serves as the lead agency in the development of the City's CONSOLIDATED PLAN. The CONSOLIDATED PLAN is required of local governments that apply directly for federal funds under certain housing and community development programs, such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. These federal programs are administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The CONSOLIDATED PLAN is a comprehensive planning document that describes the overall housing and community development needs of the jurisdiction and outlines a five-year strategy that establishes priorities for meeting those needs. The Community Programs Division has developed the CONSOLIDATED PLAN for Fiscal Years 2020-2025. The CONSOLIDATED PLAN and the ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS OF FAIR HOUSING CHOICE are available online below and at the Community Programs Division office, 110 South Pine Street, Room 103 for public review and examination.
