New Adult Coloring Program at the Library

Signups are being accepted for the Santa Maria Public Library’s new Adult Coloring program, designed to relieve stress and provide a creative and artistic outlet for adults of all ages.

The next scheduled programs are set for Thursday, May 19th and Thursday, June 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Shepard Hall.  Signups for the May 19th program are now open, and the signups for the June 16th meeting will begin on Monday, June 6th.

Signups are not required but are highly encouraged to reserve a seat in this popular new trend, because seating is limited.  To reserve a seat come to the second floor information desk located in the library at 421 S. McClelland Street, or call (805) 925-0994 extension 8562.  Signups will continue until all seats are reserved. All materials will be provided.

Additional coloring programs are currently scheduled to occur monthly on the third Thursday of each month, but they may be subject to change.   Patrons are encouraged to call the library for dates and times.

The library’s hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.

Questions may be directed to the Library’s reference desk at 925-0994 ext. 8562.
