Dive-In Movie Night at Paul Nelson Aquatic Center

The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department, and PLAY, Inc., invite the community to a free Dive-In Movie Night featuring the family-favorite film, Hocus Pocus. Join us for a night of fun and enchantment on Saturday, October 19^th at the Paul Nelson Aquatic Center, located at 600 South McClelland.

“Hocus Pocus,” the classic 1993 fantasy-comedy from Walt Disney Pictures, tells the story of a mischievous trio of witches - played by Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy - who are accidentally brought back to life by a teenage boy (Omri Katz) in Salem, Massachusetts, on Halloween night.

The aquatic center will open at 6:00 p.m. with the movie starting at dusk. Sweet treats and snacks will be available for purchase from the Kiwanis Key Club and McClelland Street Market.

Attendees are required to wear appropriate swimwear and are encouraged to bring towels, lawn chairs, and blankets for added comfort.

The Paul Nelson Aquatic Center in Santa Maria is a premier year-round aquatic facility offering a range of aquatic amenities including an Olympic-size competition pool, recreational pool with a zero-depth entryway, adult lap swim, aquatic fitness programs, swim lessons for all ages, and various community-oriented activities.
