The City of Santa Maria Public Library invites teens in junior high and high school to learn from a former Simpsons artist, how to draw anime characters.

Carlos Nieto III will demonstrate and teach how to create and modify an anime character from scratch, no matter the artistic level.  All materials will be provided.  This program will be held in Shepard Hall on Friday, June 24^th at 5:00 p.m.
