At-Home Trick Shot Challenge
The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department is pleased to present its first “At-Home Trick Shot” social media challenge. This fun challenge will begin on Friday, May 29th (today) and end on Friday, June 12th.
The process is simple for this free challenge:
Put those skills to the test by submitting a short video of you completing your most creative trick shot in the comfort of home or backyard (only one entry per person).
Use any household items or sports equipment to complete this free challenge (socks and laundry basket, ping pong balls and a plastic cup, pots, pans, basketball hoop, golf clubs, etc.).
Thumbs up must be visibly given to the camera at the end ofthe video to verify it is for this challenge. Videos without a thumbs up will not qualify.
Post your video on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) using
#smrecandparks and #smtrickshot.
One winner and one runner-up will be announced through social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) on Friday, June 5th and Monday, June 15th.
Each winners and runner up will receive a commemorative Trick Shot Challenge T-shirt.
