Community Meeting to Address Southeast Neighborhood Issues

On Wednesday, November 13th at 6:00 p.m., the City of Santa Maria will be holding a Community Meeting at the Santa Maria Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene, 1026 East Sierra Madre Avenue.

The intent of the meeting is for City staff to hear from residents, in the southeast section of the City, about issues and/or concerns they may have in their neighborhoods. Mayor Alice Patino and City staff will briefly share highlights about enhancements to municipal services, then open the meeting to questions and information provided by departments.

For purposes of this meeting, the southeast neighborhood is defined as east of Broadway (State Route 135), south of Fesler Street, and north of Santa Maria Way.

This is the third neighborhood community meeting held this year.

Questions may be directed to Public Information Manager Mark van de Kamp in the City Manager’s Office at (805) 925-0951 extension 2372.
