Directions to Los Flores Ranch Park

Los Flores Ranch Park is the first of its kind open space park in the Santa Maria Valley. At 1,778 acres (nearly 2.8 square miles), the property lies about eight miles south of Santa Maria in the Solomon Hills. The park offers the public a rare mix of environmental education, land preservation and recreation, with over 22 miles of hiking/equestrian/mountain biking trails.

Guided docent tours are available. Check the City of Santa Maria Recreation guide for a variety of activities. Equestrians must call the Visitors Center to access the ranch (805) 938-7618. Volunteer recruitment is also under way to fill critical park maintenance, educational, hiking guides and trail patrol roles. Training will be provided for all volunteers. Los Flores Ranch Park Hours of Operation

 Fall/Winter:

Friday- Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last entry at 4:00 p.m.)

Spring/Summer:

Friday -Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last entry at 6:00 p.m.)

User Access Fees:

• Youth 17 and under: Free
• Adults 18- 64: $3.00 (non-City residents)
• 65 years and over: Free
• Veterans and Active Military: Free
• Annual Pass: $52
  The annual pass is good for one year from the date of purchase and allows access for up to six guests at one time.
• City of Santa Maria residents and owners of business located within the City of Santa Maria area are entitled to free access at the park. Address verification will be required upon registration at the park’s visitor center.
