Non-Residential Construction History (1986 to present)
This Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file includes annual totals and floor-area ratios for the general land use types. Following the summaries, the same data are sorted by year, land use, and address.

This searchable file includes annual totals and floor-area ratios for the general land use types. Floor Area Ratios (FARs) give a good range estimate for reasonable development potential to be expected from an acre of land. For example, one acre of land with a 25 percent (0.25) FAR, a typical development would occupy approximately 10,890 square feet of area on that acre. Following the summaries, the same data are sorted and grouped by year, land use, and street address.
