  CONSTRUCTION COMPLAINTS

There are two types of construction related complaints you may give to us.

Construction Currently Underway
For construction in progress complaints, you may contact us at 925-0951 ext. 241. You will be required to give us your name and a follow-up phone number where you can be reached. We will not investigate anonymous complaints.

Construction Completed
If the construction that you are registering a complaint about has been completed, contact the City of Santa Maria City Attorney's Office, Code Compliance Division at 925-0951 ext. 310

If the complaint is in regards to a specific contractor, you may also contact the California State Contractors License Board online.
