Duties and Qualifications: Determines whether violations of law or conditions constitute a public nuisance and orders appropriate methods of abatement and/or the implementation of administrative penalties. Board shall issue periodic reports to the City Council regarding its activities.
Membership: Five members nominated by individual councilmembers, appointed by the Mayor, and confirmed by the City Council. Term is two years.
Meeting Schedule: Meets monthly or as deemed necessary at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
